How does it work?

1. Request & start search
   Send us a request by filling in the details of your dream item in the form below. You can also contact us at info@luxrewear.com or send us a message on Instagram (link). Once we receive your request, we will contact you and begin the search!
2. Matching & Purchasing
   Once we’ve found your dream item, we’ll show it to you in as much detail as possible. Love at first sight? Then we’ll purchase the item especially for you!
3. Your dream item in your hands!
   After a thorough inspection for 100% authenticity, we send the item to you. The latest icon, for in your beautiful collection. You happy, we happy!

Important information
Submitting a request is completely free of charge, and we will work lovingly for you to find your dream item. Once we have found your dream item and you have agreed to the purchase, it is not possible to return the item.

We aim to respond within 24 hours, but of course we do our best to answer as quickly as possible. For quick answers to frequently asked questions, you can also check our FAQ.

Please note that items sourced through sourcing cannot be returned.
