At LUX ReWear, we carefully select the finest items that deserve a second life. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but we also encourage mindful shopping. Returns impact not only our team but also the environment. Please review all photos and product descriptions carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing. Together, we can reduce unnecessary returns and minimize our ecological footprint.

Return Conditions

• Return Period: You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete with original labels and packaging. The security tag must still be attached. Once removed, returns are no longer possible.
• Exclusions from Returns:
  • Special orders and personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Return requests made after the 14-day return period cannot be processed.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend sending your return insured and with track & trace, as LUX ReWear is not liable for lost packages.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Email info@luxrewear.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
2. Shipping: Ensure the item is securely packaged and send it to our return address, or schedule a drop-off.
3. Confirmation & Refund:
   • Once we receive and approve your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
   • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Return Costs

• Within the Netherlands:
  • Orders under €750 → €9.95 (insured & registered)
  • Orders €750 – €2000 → €12.95 (insured & registered)
  • Orders over €2000 → €14.95 (insured & registered)
• Within Europe:
  • Orders under €750 → €14.95 (insured & registered)
  • Orders over €750 → €12.95 (insured & registered)
