To make sure you get your package in your hands as quickly as possible, we’ve made shipping as easy as possible. All our shipments are insured and registered. When you place an order on www.luxrewear.com, we will send you a confirmation email. We then process your order within about two business days and hand it over to our designated carrier. Once we have packed your order and it has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive confirmation of your tracking number.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between business hours. We generally do not ship packages during weekends and holidays.

Shipping for letterbox packages is €4,95
Shipping for orders < €50 is €6,95 and fully insured and registered.
Shipping for orders < €750 is €9,95 and fully insured and registered.
Shipping for orders €750 – €2000 is €12.95 and fully insured and registered.
Shipping for orders > €2000 is €14.95 and fully insured and registered.
Europe
Shipping for orders < €50 is €9.95 and fully insured and registered.
Shipping for orders < €750 is €14.95 and fully insured and registered.
Shipping for orders > €750 is €24.95 and fully insured and registered.
Import duties, taxes or other costs associated with importing the purchased item are not our responsibility and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
Of course, you can track your order yourself with the tracking number you received from us. This allows you to track your package from the time it is shipped to the time it is delivered to you. We also always track your order.

My shipping address is wrong
Did you make a mistake when placing your order? Of course, that can happen. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at support@luxrewear.com. We will then change the shipping address for you. Please note that this is only possible if your package has not yet been packed and picked up by the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for information entered incorrectly at checkout. If you entered your address incorrectly and did not contact us to change it before the item is shipped, an additional wait time and risk applies.
