To guarantee authenticity, we have strict quality control procedures and only purchase our bags from reliable partners and suppliers who share our strict standards and with whom we have established long-term relationships. Every item is thoroughly inspected, from the material, hardware and stitching to the serial numbers and brand (logo). Only when we are 100% sure of its authenticity do we add the item to our assortment.

No, at LUX ReWear we do not offer a traditional warranty as you would with new products. Because we only sell vintage and pre-loved designer bags, the items are often unique and may show signs of use. However, we make every effort to provide you with a transparent and worry-free shopping experience.

All bags in our collection undergo a thorough inspection and are carefully described based on their condition. We offer a 100% guarantee on the authenticity of each item.

Vintage items are 20 years or older and often still handmade, with the finest quality and durable materials. Preloved we call items that are younger than 20 years, but no longer new.

LUX ReWear specializes in pre-loved and vintage items that have been carefully chosen and selected to create the best collection. Each item is thoroughly checked by our team, and we make sure all flaws and details are clearly stated in the product description and visible in the photos.

Because each item has its own characteristics, we have only one item of each item in stock. Sometimes we have the same models more in stock, but these are posted individually on the website.

Order & Shipping

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact us (link) before the item is shipped to avoid unnecessary shipping and return charges.

Your order will be carefully and lovingly packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace code so you can track your package yourself. On average it takes 2 business days after shipment before your package is delivered. Please note that we ship from the Netherlands. If you live in another country, delivery will probably take longer. At LUX ReWear, we make every effort to ensure smooth and safe shipping of your order. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit, we are of course very sorry and want to resolve this quickly.

If your package is lost by the carrier, we immediately initiate an investigation, which usually takes up to 10 business days, but in some cases may take longer. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. We will refund only after the investigation is completed.
